Nonverbal theatre with video-mapping – 20 minutes

The concept of the performance LOVE-ička (a play on the Czech word “lavička” meaning “parkbench”) connects theatre and video-mapping. Proving that even with a minimal about of props, it is possible to tell a long, adventurous story.

Props: One parkbench, a couple large balls, one actor. Suit, sphere, human. All white. A high level of stylization and creative work with light, dark, and animation is enchanting and stimulates the fantasy of the audience. Props and objects transform right infront of the audiences’ eyes, gaining all new appearances and meanings.

A favorite bonus: after the performance, audience members can have their photos taken in some of the scenes, for example “in the car” or “with umbrellas”.
